ad2games – Europe’s leading branding and performance marketing platform for games. We develop and implement marketing strategies for international gaming clients. By that we help game publishers to monetize their games using a variety of marketing channels. Our HQ is located in the heart of Berlin, along with offices in San Francisco, São Paulo and Shanghai. Our key clients are Konomi, Ubisoft, Gameforge, Electronic Arts, Youzu, Nexon, Innogames and Warner Brothers.


Your Role:

  • You lead and mentor 10+ people, with teams in São Paulo, San Francisco, Shanghai and Berlin (you will be located in the Berlin HQ)
  • You start and develop businesses with the top mobile, online as well as console gaming advertisers (f2p/p2p)
  • You die to win new clients and grow relationships to execute global campaigns successfully and maximize revenues
  • You are not afraid of making decisions in order to quickly move forward in a fast-paced business environment
  • You take over daily operations and handle multi-million dollar turnovers
  • You continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • You represent the company within the Hitfox group and towards the general public
  • You continuously develop yourself and stay on top of the latest tech industry innovations and trends

Your Profile:

  • You bring +4 years experience within the adtech and/or advertising industry
  • You ideally have a background in gaming (f2p and p2p), with a deep understanding of the market
  • You understand the different requirements of supply and demand
  • You have very strong analytical skills and a sense for business opportunities
  • You show hands-on knowledge in business development, account management and sales
  • You possess outstanding leadership skills as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • You have the ability to drive both, strategic decisions and operational tasks
  • You are a result-oriented, passionate team player with exceptional motivation skills
  • You possess a Diploma/MSc degree in a business or quantitative discipline
