The Solaris Partner Sales Team is the very first touchpoint for every journey we start with partners that have the same intention: be a financial pioneer! Under the umbrella of a full banking licence, we offer E-Money & Escrow, customised digital banking solutions and SME lending. 

Your Role:

  • Within all the requests we are getting you will be part of the evaluation of business opportunities as the first step of our sales process
  • You start first contact with our partners (B2B), think of Autoscout24 or Fashion cheque, and you engage, as well as accompany, them through the product lifecycle
  • Further, you will remain the partners advocate
  • You act as a translator between our strategic partners and product development, the partner on-boarding team, legal und compliance or banking operations
  • Through your close and direct contact with our partners, you return their feedback directly into the organization in order to advance our products and process improvements
  • You will be involved in various and exciting and complex projects

Your Profile:

  • You have gained first professional working experience (f.e. through internships), preferably in project management
  • As academic basis, we assume a completed bachelor degree in economics or similar
  • You are highly interested in digital business models
  • You are able to explain complex matters to different audiences
  • You are characterized by an open appearance with excellent social competencies 
  • You are proficient in English and German
  • You work in a structured way and you are highly analytical 
  • You are fun to work with and you actively contribute to our company culture
