C-level Recruiter (m/f) for FinLeap

We’re FinLeap, a Fintech company builder based in Berlin and active in more than ten countries. Along with our passionate co-founders, we launch several startups per year. Our environment is diverse, exciting, fast-paced and changing every day. We’re now looking for a C-level  Recruiter (m/f) for FinLeap to join our team on the company builder level.

You look for the big fish. And you’re quite good at it. Throughout your years of experience you have learned how to bait and attract the AAA candidates and sell them on new challenges with new companies. Your excellent networking skills help to fish for senior roles. Join our recruiting team and help us find the catch of a lifetime.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
  • You develop an overall international Co-Founder recruiting strategy to support the strong growth of our portfolio
  • You build up and own an internal Co-Founder database to effectively fill new Co-Founder positions
  • You perform direct search for our Co-Founder roles jointly with our Chief People Officer
  • You conduct telephone and onsite interviews to select potential Co-Founder / MD candidates
  • You pro-actively steer our MDs regarding all topics connected to Co-Founder / MD recruiting and integration
  • You are responsible for weekly Co-Founder reporting towards our FinLeap Management Team
  • You conceptualize and roll out a comprehensive Entrepreneur in Residence program in close collaboration with the MDs
  • You build up cooperations and define joint programs with various stakeholders, e.g., VCs, top MBA schools

Your Profile:
  • You have 2-4 years working experience in a leading executive search firm / consultancy
  • You have a bachelor's, ideally a master's degree in business administration or a similar field of study
  • You don't shy away from working with C-level candidates / counterparts
  • You have experience working in an international fast-paced environment
  • You quickly dive into new topics and business models
  • You have a very structured working style and excellent communication skills
  • In your previous job, you already had full project ownership and know when and how to involve relevant stakeholders
