Your responsibilities

  • You are integral in the market expansion of AppLift’s core business to the US East Coast by forming business relationships with mobile app advertisers as well as marketing agencies
  • You begin as an individual contributor with the goal to eventually lead and grow a team of young top performers and make sure they deliver top results
  • You support product innovations on the supply and demand side of the business
  • You foster close relationships with key demand & supply partners
  • You monitor the market, analyze other companies, and come up with recommendations how to improve AppLift’s positioning in the East Coast market and beyond
  • You keep relationships with industry leaders and stay on top of industry developments and trends to help further build and execute our vision
  • You help to improve overall processes in business operations and account management to bring our organization to the next level
  • You proactively contribute your own ideas, bring in your networks/expertise where needed (e.g. for hiring further top talent) and manage your own projects
  • You attend client meetings and represent and evangelize AppLift at industry events
  • You work in adjacent areas if reasonable and needed
Our Requirements:
  • 3-5 years professional experience in Business Development and Sales, preferably in AdTech/Mobile Industry
  • Excellent sales and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness and ability to take full ownership of potential customer needs/requirements, end to end
  • An exceptionally motivated person, looking to strive at what they do in a dynamic company
  • Team player as well as ability to work independently
  • High attention to details
  • Extremely organized and capable of handling multiple ad hoc requests simultaneously
  • Management experience preferred
  • Bachelor degree in Business or similar from a top university
  • Professionalism based on actionable metrics and strong work ethics
