Head of Marketing for our new Digital Health Company - (m/f)

We’re currently looking for a Head of Marketing (m/f) to join our new digital health company.

Now it is the perfect time to get involved in the fast-growing yet still underserved digital health landscape, while still maintaining the first mover advantage. In light of recent regulatory developments, the German health market is ripe for disruption. As Head of Marketing (m/f), you have the one-of-a-kind opportunity to be part of the initial team and participate in reshaping the German health industry. Under the company building umbrella of HitFox, we are developing a new Digital Health Venture. HitFox has demonstrated a highly successful track-record in reshaping whole industries (as seen with Finleap) and will fully commit its resources to assure long-term success.


Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Establish best practices for marketing, branding and marketing analytics across our health venture
  • Responsible for developing a marketing blueprint, challenging and testing assumptions in relation to the overall business plan, customer lifetime value and marketing channel scalability
  • Build and manage a performance marketing team across all online marketing channels (Mobile marketing, SEM, Display Marketing, Social Media, Affiliate networks, etc)
  • You and your team will act as an efficient task force that can diagnose, address and resolve all marketing related challenges of the new Digital Health Venture
  • Manage marketing budget to achieve highest ROI across all performance marketing channels
  • Identify new marketing opportunities and try them out
  • You and your team will set new standards for what marketing excellence means for a digital health company

Our Perfect Match:

  • Ideally +3 years of experience in marketing
  • Earned a master’s or bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Very strong communicator
  • Have led a team and enjoy doing so
  • Experience in and passion for making data-driven marketing and sales decisions using surveys, focus groups, A/B testing, and other analytical tools
  • Ability to set goals and execute under tight deadlines
  • Deep experience working with performance marketing metrics such as CPA, CPC, CPM and LTV; with hands-on experience of digital channels such as Search, Mobile, Display, Social, Email, Affiliate Marketing
  • Hands-on mentality and are passionate about entrepreneurship
  • Enjoy working in a startup environment, adapt quickly to changing business landscapes and love the opportunity of having a lasting impact far beyond your immediate responsibilities
