Recruiting Manager - Technology (m/f) for FinLeap
FinLeap is a company builder in the FinTech sector based in Berlin. The group was founded in 2014 and builds 6 to 8 companies per year equipping them with seed funding between €0.5-5m each. Here, people from many different backgrounds gather to shape the future of finance. For our ambitious People & Organization Team, we are currently looking for a Recruiting Manager - Technology (m/f) who can attract and select exceptional talent and contribute to the overall success of our portfolio companies.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
- You build engineering teams for our early-stage ventures, working directly with CTOs
- You manage our full cycle recruiting process — from conducting Skype and onsite interviews to negotiating contracts and closing “the deal”
- You can crack complex searches for profiles like Big Data and Cyber Security
- You actively search for the ideal candidates, utilizing relevant recruiting channels specific for tech
- You develop strong relationships with our tech teams, enabling a smooth recruiting process
- You know what candidates are looking for and you keep up-to-date with market trends
- You represent our recruiting team at internal and external tech events
- You have 2+ years of experience as a full cycle technology recruiter
- You are confident searching for and interviewing Technology and Product profiles
- You are fluent in English. German or another language is a plus
- You are an excellent communicator with exceptional negotiation skills
- You have a passion for tech-recruiting and strive to attract the best talent
