- You assist in implementing the business development strategy for free2play and pay2play gaming offers on the advertiser side
- You take ownership to build and foster strong relationships with new advertisers in order to unlock user acquisition and branding campaigns for PC, Console, VR titles.
- You work closely with our video influencer team 'Nevaly' to acquire advertising budgets for upcoming games ranging from indie and early-access to AAA titles
- You drive and negotiate deals with new advertisers and agencies, remotely as well as in personal meetings, at trade shows and industry events worldwide
- Your passion and enthusiasm for the gaming industry helps you to deep-dive into market research and identify new and upcoming trends
- Preferably, 2+ years of relevant working experience within the field of online marketing or business development in the gaming industry
- Strong interpersonal skills and a good sense for business opportunities
- Very strong analytical, organizational, sales and communication skills
- Good knowledge and network in the gaming industry
- Fluent in English and Chinese; Korean, Japanese are a plus.
- Ability to manage your tasks independently and proactively bring in new ideas
- Top university / Business School, preferably with focus on business or marketing
