Sales Operations Manager (m/f) for AppLift

Your Responsibilities:

  • You work with colleagues across AppLifts 9 different locations to train and improve knowledge and adoptions of our CRM system
  • You analyze data, reports, statistics and business trends facts on a daily basis, as well as conduct research, for improvement in the CRM UI/UX
  • You create KPIs and intuitive reporting tools for different departments and monitor their progress monitor their progress
  • You take over ad hoc projects in different areas and implement them purposefully
  • Configuration and administration of the CRM system


Our Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business or similar from a top university
  • 2+ years experience in a rapidly changing business environment such as start-up in business development or in consulting
  • Experience with the implementation of a CRM system (ideally Salesforce)
  • Analytical, proactive and very solution-oriented way of working
  • Entrepreneurial and hands-on approach, including a readiness to test your own features
  • Strong communication with both internal stakeholders and users
  • Excellent relationship-building skills in order to align amongst multiple internal stakeholders
  • A strategic approach with a keen eye for KPIs and business strategy
  • Purposeful working, high degree of pro-activity and sense of responsibility
  • Communication talent with the ability to represent our company on different channels
